Where are you located?
We are online based in the lovely parish of St. James Jamaica; we do not have a physical location, however, we offer deliveries island wide and internationally.
Do You Offer Pick Up?
Pick up can be made at Montego Bay Freezone, delivery request is required at-least 2 hours advance, before 10am daily.. General drop offs/Pick ups are done in Montego Bay at Sam Sharpe Square/Baywest.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
The following is a summary of the delivery window for international orders. You will be quoted a specific delivery window at the time of checkout which is based on your selected destination.
Knutsford Express: Same/Next Day Delivery
Zipmail: 1-3 Business Days
International Shipping: 14 Days
How Do I pay?
Payments can be made via:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfers (NCB,SCOTIA,JN etc.)
When selecting this option, the payment will have to be made manually. Cross bank transfers are accepted, and can take a minimum of 24 hours to reflect, once this occurs your item will be dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Only for mobay customers
- PAYPAL
Can I fit the item before Purchasing?
